For both men and women, Pilates exercises use both extension and flexion to sculpt long, lean muscles! It’s similar to yoga but works towards total body conditioning through your core muscles. You will use your body’s own resistance in movements designed to provide a workout experience that challenges and satisfies.
My approach includes an amazing fitness program including strength training, pilates and barre and a support system designed to get you fit and healthy!
We offer private and semi-private sessions along with group classes.

While going to class is already beneficial, you can enhance it by taking it home with you. Finding an online workout that complements your 'live' one can help you take your practice to the next level.
Not only are online classes extremely convenient, but they allow you to workout whenever you please. They’re also a great way to switch up your regular routine.
Online workouts cost a fraction of what you’ll pay in the studio. If you’re looking to cut down on what you’re spending for each class, but don’t want to miss your workouts, an online subscription is an excellent choice.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.
Do I need to wear socks in class?
We ask that you remove your shoes at the door and that you will work in socks with grippies.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is an 12 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel after that time due to an unforeseen circumstance please call the studio or you will be charged.
